When can you buy my contract out ... ?
- In most cases 3-6 months – each case is individual but we have other ways sometimes to draw a contract to an end earlier. For example if the contract was fraudulent or some other technical reason why the contract is null and void. We have handled a number of cases where this has been the case and even appeared as an expert witness in some cases.

Will buying out my contract cost me anything ... ?
- We aim for it never to cost our customers anything at all when we buy out a contract. The cost of the buyout comes from some of the profit we may make in the deal. So in effect we carry the cost of the buyout. The only time that might not be true (for example) is if you want very expensive handsets and your contract is outstanding for excessive time. Sometimes the profit in the deal cannot pay for those high costs of the handsets.

Can I keep all of the mobile numbers... ?
- Absolutely. All we need is a PAC code from the network provider. Don't worry if you are not sure what this is - we manage your account and obtain it for you if necessary.

Who will my bills come from... ?
- Your bills will still come direct from the network but will be managed by a specialist at Phonesavers. This is free and we pride ourselves in offering over and above the quality of service you might get from other companies.

- Yes we can cater for all businesses from 1 – 500 handsets. In fact we handle many corporate accounts and have done for many years. Corporate accounts will renew with us over and over again simply because we take away all the aggravation of dealing with the networks from the corporate - we do it for them.

Can you upgrade our existing account even if we are currently managed by someone else... ?
- Yes we can, we can take other dealer managed accounts and manage them directly for you. This removes a huge amount of issues with the account because we use specialists that can solve issues where most customers may find it difficult.
